Why is it a lot of people with a Gen3 complain of features that are available on a Sony Reader? Why not have bought the Sony Reader instead of the Gen3?

The 600 has page numbers, ePub, and a dictionary.

Oh come on, Harry, I don't think it's fair to say that Bookeen are trolling on their own blog by saying that they will release it "soon"... hmmm maybe it is...
But I would never have thought that even the official spokesperson of cybook on these forums would call bookeen trolls when they promise something "soon" once again...

Anyway I guess I have taken Harry's advice to heart about those so called trolls at bookeen, and I've stopped feeding them by not caring about them anymore, and now that other sellers have finally come to the european market I'm happy to know that my next investment in the ebook industry certainly won't be feeding the trolls...

Because there are not available where we live !
I might change my my mind when :
1 ) Sony's e-book store is available in france
2 ) They don't begin selling in france months after the rest of the world.

Perhaps some of us bought it almost 2 years ago... If I could justify new reader right now, I would go with 600. Or perhaps upcoming pocketbook 302. But that's moot point...

I have no such scruples. Since non of the readers will ever be available where I live I went with best (imo) at that moment.
I don't say Cybook is bad, but there are some things that irritate me to no end and cannot/probably will not be solved. The feature I bought it for - dictionary - is great but crippled with need to scroll through the menus to activate it.
Gah... it's no use. I think I'll wish for a new reader for Christmas. My dear husband should be reminded about the fact that he married woman that has no use for expensive jewelery and designer clothes. Only slight gadget mania...

Scroll through menus to activate it ?!

I just use the lookup feature from within whatever book I am reading which then gives me upto 3 choices from the loaded dictionaries and thesaurus....

You have to click on main button, then click down 4 times and again press the main button. That's 6 clicks, without counting clicks getting to the word... My thumb is chronically sore...
