I get very irritated by self satisfied morally superior vegetarians. Makes me want to eat a big steak in front of them but I am a vegetarian myself so that would not work for me.

I generally sympathetic to vegetarians -- having been one for several years although I now eat meat again. But what annoys me are vegetarians who regularly eat substitutes that look exactly like meat. Granted, I like the taste of some vegetarian sausages, but really! If you're swearing off meat, make a clean break. Vegan cutlets? Chicken-free nuggets?

I'm not veggie because I object to the taste

- so I have no problem using substitutes myself.
Although I don't think of them as 'meat substitutes' any more, they're just veggie sausages, or veggie cutlets or whatever.
