Last tea of the day. A Turkish black tea, but not the brand I'm used to. This one is good, but not as good (IMHO) as my usual. It's weaker, so I've been brewing a pot with 3 rounded teaspoons instead of 2, and letting it brew a little longer. Not a tragedy, but I won't be buying this one again.

Just finishing my first tea of the day while waiting for a call from my doctor about yesterday's annual physical. The initial results seem to indicate that all of my organs and metabolic systems have gotten one year older since my last one.

A cup of Russian Caravan tea. A mix of Lapsang Souchong for the smoky scent and flavour and oolong or keemun. Quite enjoyable.

A cup of Masala Chai. Not bad and I am going to drink more of it to use up the spices I powdered to make this cup. Mostly green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, ginger, star anise and black peppercorns left over from a cooking class where we made various cardamom cookies a couple of months back so needing to be used or disposed of.
