Yes. That, rather than having books in several subfolders all merged together. Perhaps I am unique in this and others would not like it.

I have a file browser app that when searching it asks if I want to include subfolders in the search. Perhaps something like that.

Titles should not be sorted by articles. Numbers sort before letters.

Only suggestions.
In most reader apps the Aa icon is used to select font size not the actual font. As I am right handed I use my thumb or finger to swipe the right side of the page to turn. I must remove font size slider on the right. My suggestion would be to use the Aa to change font size and place font selection in settings. In other words, swap those two options.

MapleRead and Kindle offer a “Curl” option that simulates an actual page-turn visual. Granted, simply unnecessary, but I like it.

On the menu, screen left, that lists Home, Library, Roadmap, Search, I would add “About”that would include the version number and any program significant others.

Again, only suggestions.

Hi Man, thank you for this
1. icon for font: I will change it do different icon "A"
2. that changing font size was made according to few users, who said some other reader has it (swiping up and down), but no problem swapping it in the menu. The "problem" with those fonts is that there are a of them in the iphone, so I made a sheet specific just for them. But understand what you mean, will tackle some options, how to make it better (my first idea here is to merge those two color icons into one and move font size into the same as where the font is changing... I think JSWolf got this idea)
3. About... how can I miss this

Given the changes being made to add manual collections, I'd suggest that the folder structure (if it's not obviously a calibre library) be replicated by manual collections.

I think the all-in-one list default behaviour shouldn't be changed.

But if someone has been manually organising their books by folder, having each folder be a collection might be sufficient.

I'm not sure if preserving a folder hierarchy is possible this way though.

When I make these suggestions/requests I must keep in mind that I am only one in tens - hundred of thousands, perhaps millions, that read books on their Apple devices. I use the Mini. Folders are great for me to organize my books, others may not find this

It seems that the only way to add a book or books to the library is to already have them in a folder in some app somewhere on the device. For example, I have a book in the folder called Downloads in the Apple File app. While that app will show justRead as a possible destination for the book (send to), justRead will not load it. If a Library is open in justRead how can you add one more individual book to that library? Yes, I can maneuver to a folder that has a book but when selected the book will not load. Ami missing something? This goes back to my original post on this app on the forum.
This is interesting. I think it's a different philosophy of how a reading application should work.

Some apps have their own folder where they store books. If you open a book with such an app, it copies the book into that folder and opens it from there.

justRead.app assumes that you have already organised your books into a folder, and just needs to know where you store your books. It doesn't copy books into a folder of its own.

It sounds like you'd like justRead.app to be able to display a book sent to it from anywhere, and NOT add it to the currently selected folder that justRead.app is using.

Interesting how different people read. I'd hate the curl, but if it is just an option, of course I'd be ok with it. I'm a really fast reader and my eyes focus on the top left as I tap to turn the page. Slides and curls make me have to refocus and slow down.

I have the same problem with my iPad when I hold it in a special angle (about 20 degrees). Unfortunately it is exactly the angle which my iPad Cover uses when I put it on the table in reading position. What it lays flat or when I rise it there is no problem. I use the latest version 1.7.1

Hi Docuro, tested it right now and you are right, there is some special angle, where it does refreshing (acceleration change), and it is the exact angle when in ipad cover. Fix it right away and it will be in 1.8, which I would like to push to appstore torrow (with some small features, small fixes and the final ipad feature: drag and drop).
Thank you for feedback and sorry for the glitch.
