[Plugin] Bubble Zoom

Hi, I've published a plugin that detects and magnifies speech bubbles in a comics/manga when tapped or long-pressed.

Added full shape extraction.
Added scanline-based flood fill, which can be enabled from Advanced settings.
Added preprocessing downsampling, available under Advanced > Sauvola Thresholding.
