How to remove a book from calibre?

I have 3 entries for a book.
2 were corrupted downloads and one is OK and put on my ereader.
I cannot fully remove the other 2.
Please help.

3 separate library entries in the library?
Simply highlight the entry and press Del on your keyboard.
There is also an icon along the icon bar - Remove Book

Don't which which xed you mean (I know of two), but I suspect you now have a 'broken' library, suggest you run Library maintenance->Check library

Calibre is a relational database application that uses folders and files as a convenience, because storing large objects in consumer level relational database is inefficient.
