Product: Kobo Libra Colour
Firmware: 4.41.23145-4.42.23296 Plugins: None File types: Irrelevant Sideloaded or from Kobobooks: Irrelevant On external SD: Not applicable Steps to reproduce: [LIST=1] Open the list of wifi networks. Current result: only 2.4 GHz and mixed 2.4/5 GHz networks are listed, no pure 5 GHz networks are listed, inputting network info manually doesn't work, when connecting to mixed type networks the reader uses the 2.4 gHz band. Workaround: None so far. |

I'm having the exact same issue with AT&T. Every device in my house can see both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks—except my Kobo Libra Color. It just doesn't detect the 5 GHz. It connects to 5 GHz just fine on Xfinity. My husband has everything configured the same way, so there’s no logical reason it shouldn’t be seeing 5 GHz on AT&T. |
