Yo! So I picked up the phone, see, and I called that number for the PED-STDS and after sitting on hold for half an hour they forwarded me to the FIPS PUBS where I was bumped to second level (cuz the girl who answered was like a total dough-brain, ya know) and then I got transferred to NIST where I spoke with a guy about the decay rates of cesium isotopes for about a buzillion years before he realized I really needed to talk to the NTIS but there the guy couldn't find his a** from a hole in the ground and I finally got frustrated and hung up. So I all I want to know is does the envelope take one stamp or two. Can you help me out?
