Question Flashdrive to Kobo?

I just recently got a Kobo Libra 2 and would like to transfer books from a flash drive(it has usb A and usb C) into the Kobo.

Or are there any other ways to expand the hardware to fit more manga books??

thanks in advance

Hi I am new to the forums please correct me if there are any mistakes

Copy the files to your computer, then copy them from your computer to the Libra's internal storage.

Or even an Android phone or tablet. If the flash drive mounts on either of those and that has a file-manager, the Kobo should mount too. A computer is better. Computer (Mac, Linux, Windows) with Calibre is better still. May need to activate USB tether on some USB android. Some with micro or even mini USB will work with an O2G/OTG USB-A adapter.

A flash drive can't be used directly on a Kobo.

Not without taking it apart and swapping the micro SD card for a larger one. The card is glued in and I don't know if bigger than 32 G Byte works, so you risk wrecking the Libra 2.

Or plug them both into the computer and copy directly from the flash drive to the Kobo.

That's less reliable, but possible. Adding them to calibre is best. Then any errors on metadata can be fixed and both collections and series fixed or created as needed.
