Frozen Forma help
My Forma froze while reading. I was reading, brought up the table of contents, picked close (for the table of contents), and it froze. It looks like a normal screen when you bring up the reading menu. The light is on.

I tried putting it to sleep. tapping the screen. Holding the power button in for 10 seconds. Connecting to USB.

No reaction.

The battery is at about 30%.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind.

Looked at the Kobo sight. It said to power down by holding in the power button for 10 seconds. I held it in, and after about 5 seconds it rebooted.

I guess I didn't push the power button correctly initially.

For future reference, attempting any sort of hard-reset via long-long-power button press *may* not actually work if the device is plugged in at the time.

(I... don't recall where the Forma stands on that front).
