How Can I Save my Conversion Settings?

I like to drag fanfic into Calibre to make them all have the same font, size, and paragraph settings. I have to go into "Convert" EVERY TIME and add these settings each time.
How can I make Calibre permanently save the settings so that everything I convert is automatically given those settings? I would have thought it to be in PREFERENCES>BEHAVIOR, but I can't find anything about this.

It's driving me crazy!

Preferences:Common options Is the DEFAULT used for New (first time) conversions.
Think of the Dialog in conversions as a override of the default
OR
What was used previously for THAT BOOK

Why do you expect it to be in Preferences->Interface->Behaviour?

The settings you posted are in the next group, Preferences->Conversion ->Common options. The Input and Options settings vary by format.
