After reset, database back-up, ligatures stopped working

I already solved this one myself. Just leaving it here for anyone in the future.

So I use webkitTextRendering=geometricPrecision under [Reading] to enable ligatures. Twice now I had my Kobo go sideways and reset itself. A quick import of the database back-up in Calibre and I'm off to the races.

Except ligatures no longer work in kepub. Checking .kobo/Kobo eReader.conf shows that the code is still there.

What I've discovered is if you go into .kobo/Kobo, there is a second Kobo eReader.conf file. You have to also add the code in there.

The Kobo database back-up in Calibre doesn't catch that folder.

Uh, isn't that supposed to be the only copy of the configuration file? There shouldn't be one in .kobo, only .kobo/Kobo.

I dunno. I have two. I certainly didn't put it there myself.
