Date format
The modified date format seems to have changed to month day year + time in AM or PM

Checked and reset the date format in 'tweaks' to what I want dd/MM/yy , apply and restart. Still the same. Any ideas on what I am missing.

I will back that out. It isn't needed since we discovered that enabling mouse reordering of columns is causing the "infinite vscroll" problem.
