Keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys) for Restart variants

Could they be user configurable, I want to set them to None… 'they' being Restart in debug mode and and Restart ignoring third party plugins.

I've hit Ctrl+Shift+R once too often in recent days, I use Ctrl+Shift+T to give the Tag Browser tree keyboard focus.

And… whilst we're on the subject, there should be some sort of visual indication that calibre is not running in normal mode, e.g a change of background colour of the status line.

I just discovered this, for me another Easter egg… is one allowed to say that

I'm able to set those actions in the Shortcut manager to Custom (None). You have to remember to click both Done on the action and Apply at the bottom.

I haven't grabbed v6.15 yet though, so I was testing v6.14.

There is an indicator when running Calibre from source, for debug, the only indicator I know of is the 'Restart in Debug' option under Preferences disappears.

- I looked for them in the Restart group, JS->Hotkey lister found them

First time I did the accidental Ctrl+Shift+R I blamed Windows.

Shortcuts manager has a search box at the bottom. FYI.

I can access and browse the JS->Hotkeys list from the keyboard with one finger.

I have to use a mouse to open up prefs->shortcuts, and use it again to get into its Find box (Tab sticks at Restore defaults) - and then I have to type something
