Exactly. This is why Nooks are my favorite for hardware. Unfortunately they became my least favorite for attached ebookstore and their firmware is not great either.

Only if it had a 8'' screen. No 6'' for me ever.

Still, it's by no means sure I'd buy it even with a larger screen. I'm not a fan of either the shape or the haptic buttons, and I dislike the Kindle software.

I'm nearsighted. If I don't hold the reader in my hand, it will be too far for me. So I'd have to hold both the reader and the remote.

I, on the other hand, am farsighted - if I hold a device in my hand, then I would have to wear glasses.
So I have my heavy Tab Ultra at a comfortable reading distance and control it with the light remote control.

That's how I read, at least when I read in bed where the reader is being held up above my head. If my NookST had orange lighting, I'd just use it.

Sometimes I turn the page with my nose when I'm reading in bed. Sometimes it's even on purpose....and not just because I drifted off and let it fall on my face.

@ZodWallop: Actually, I find holding my Sage one handed and paging forward/back relatively easy. For me, it's the raison d'être for using swipe instead of tap. Those muggles can be so ingenious!
