Sorry if this is the wrong section.

I've never gotten a book from Google Play before, and I found an eBook there that doesn't seem to be available elsewhere. If I were to get it, how difficult would it be to get into Calibre (both for backup purposes and sideloading)?

Easy-peasy; it’s the same process as with Kobo books. Go to your library, click on the three dots in the lower left corner of the book cover, and choose export. It’ll open in ADE.

It might be a PDF, which could explain why it’s not available elsewhere.
