Calibre not allowing add book or down load Metadata
I have been using Calibre for years with no issues in the last few days I have been unable to add new books or edit Metadata. I am running 64 bit Windows 10 and bitdefender antivirus. The message I receive when updating metadata is:

Most likely something is interfering with calibre, probably your antivirus/firewall. Try rebooting in safed mode and see if things work.

I started the computer in safe mode and continue to have the same issues with loading new books. Is there a way to totally uninstall Calibre and do a fresh install as if it was never on the computer before? (remove all old settings and configuration)
