Controlling Jacket text

At the moment, my jacket is as shown in the screenshot.

I would like to have the second line read as follows:

D. H. Lawrence Novels [5]

Is this an easy thing to do? I can do some basic editing of the stylesheet.css and template.xhtml files but that's the extent of my knowledge.

Sure:
Use the Generate CUSTOM cover plugin instead.
(ebook) Stylesheets can not insert text , only style what is there.

I'm sorry, I am not clear on your answer. You have crossed out the plugin because I assume that plugin is only for custom covers. That still leaves my question: can I customise the text that appears on the jacket page?

Copy the 'jacket' folder in the install resources folder to the configuration resources folder, after removing the read only dispositions change the css and html files to what you want.
