Hello,
When browsing books on my PB (PB632), I would like to be able to filter out books finished. To me, it's a very basic feature for a ereader but I can't find how to do it on the PB. Ideally, I*would also like to have list of opened but unfinished books. |

My low tech solution is to keep all of my books in calibre and when I finish a book or decide it's not worth finishing I delete it from the e-reader. Some time later I connect the e-reader to my pc and sort by On Device in calibre; any that are in Calibre but aren't on the e-reader are finished so I add a tag "finished" to them in Calibre. In calibre I also have a virtual library named unread where its search expression is not tags:"=finished". The one wart with this scheme is that when Calibre starts it shows all of the books whereas I'd rather have it start with virtual library named unread. If you go this route you may also want to add the Virtual library button to the toolbar.

I'm trying to avoid that as I*like the idea of having all my library on my device and I*plug very rarely my device into my computer. (in fact, only when adding a book).
I like to read multiple book at a time and, when finishing a book, immediately jumping on a new one without having to open Calibre. |

You can make a Collection and add your finished books to it.

I added a column on caliber, were it's checked if a book it's read or not. It's my solution.

That's all very well but OP asked how to do this on a Pocketbook. As far as I know, there is no feature. But you can add your finished books to a collection. For me it doesn't make sense to use the in-built feature because the books get marked unread again as soon as I want to look something up in a book I previously read.
