New ebook viewer - unable to show two pages

I'm probably doing something daft but I cannot get the new Calibre 4 ebook viewer to show two pages at a time like it used to (a left page and a right page together like an opened paper book). I have tried changing the various settings but I can only get a single page to show that I can scroll down using my mouse wheel or the (nearly invisible to me) side arrows.

Please help, my work flow has been disrupted!

In the viewer preferences under page layout changes the number of pages per screen to 2 in both portrait and landscape orientations.

To make the arrows bigger make the Left and Right margin wider in Preferences->Page Layout

To get two columns try setting Preferences->Page Layout->In landscape orientation: to 2.

Oh and make sure you are in paged mode under Preferences->Page layout

That's the settings that I had but I probably didn't allow enough time for my computer to refresh (Windows 7).

All is now well and I am happy again.
