Firmware Update Please help me to update my kindle

Hi!

My kindle is Paperwhite 2 version 5.4.3.2 I want to update to 5.10 I tried and could not. It restarts but not change the version.

How did you try to update your firmware? Were there any error mesages? List the steps you took to upgrade and the file you attempted to use.

I downloaded the file from the link you put and moved it to the Kindle and from the settings choose update my kindle. but it restarts and does not updating.

Do you have WiFi access and have you tried updating over WiFi?

What's the first 6 digits of your kindle serial number?

Yes, I have WiFi but did not update through OTA .

Frist 6 digits of my kindle serial number : 90F2 00

Is your kindle registered? Has it ever been jailbroken? If jailbroken, what mods have been applied?

it was install duokan.

Honestly, I don't really know much about Duokan or if it can be used with the latest firmware. I don't even know if that is your problem but it seems like a definite possibility. If there is a support site for Duokan, you might try seeking help there. Maybe someone who has experience with it will post here.

Your device is blocked by Chinese masters, the serial number overwritten with zeroes.
It cannot be updated. It can be jailbroken though.
