What e-ink readers are more than 13 inches?
I've found only readers from Sony and Onyx.

Are there any else that are over 13 inches?

I plan to have a textbook page covering the left side of the screen and will use the right side of the screen for handwriting.

There is also the DASUNG. While technically a monitor instead of an eBook Reader it can certainly be used to read eBooks.

The Good eReader seems to be available on Amazon and the Gvido seems to be available on their web site. Of course the BOOX products are Onyx made but they have more than 1.

The Gvido isn't a book reader, though. It's a dedicated device for displaying sheet music.

Well, It displays PDF files, same as the Sony devices. Yes it is intended for sheet music but there is no reason to limit it to that.
