I'm in love with mine also. Everything on it looks perfect and feels perfect. I'm going to exchange this wifi model for the 32 gb 4g model. I've never been so impressed with an ereader, not for lack of trying them all either.

I'll echo the last few posts. I'm in love with my Oasis too. It's the best ereader I've ever had.

Hubby is the one that benefits from my ereader addiction, he always gets my previous one. In the last 13 months he's moved from a PW3, through a Voyage wifi, to a Voyage 3G .

Thank's to all who sent pictures of their new Oasis 2 ! I'll have to put it on my Christmas wish list. I definitely don't need another Kindle, but I really like the size and buttons. I'll keep my voyage though.

My screen is wonderful also. The only thing is at the same # of brightness my new Oasis seems darker than my original Oasis. The screen on my original is more of a blue tint whereas my new one is more neutral.

Question about changing the font size for the home page (not for books), does the bigger size apply to the dictionary? I find the dictionary font size for the PW too small to read comfortably.

My 32GB wifi model has an absolutely flawless screen. And I honestly cannot believe how good and fast black and white manga shows up on the screen.

I accidentally let mine update, so I have lost any good chance at jail breaking it.

I was looking at it to see if there was any flaws that I could use to do an exchange, but it is honestly perfect. No bright spots, no dim spots. Talk about good news - bad news!

Yeah, I am in the same situation... I joked about returning it... but I don't think I could do that. My unit is perfect to my eyes.

I compared both font settings in pics and really couldnt tell a difference so I dont think the bigger font size applies to the dictionary.

Thank you for posting this. I currently have a 3g 32gb Oasis that has shading on the opposite side of the buttons. I'm not crazy about it. I don't know if I want to start the returning game either. Can I ask where you purchased the 8gb models? My Best Buy has them in stock (but not the 32gb). I'm thinking about just buying the 8gb and returning the 32gb to Amazon.

I'm just afraid that all the Oasis models have the shading.
