New version of DRM removal tools ("DeDRM") - Page 63

I've just released DeDRM 6.5.5 at github.

This update DOES NOT include the ability to import KFX files.

But it does fix a long-standing problem with Kindle for PC and WIndows user names with non-ASCII characters.

I have the newest version of Kindle for PC. Will this latest update for deDRM work on that latest version? Or is it necessary to get an older Kindle for PC version?

I guess it is, as "This update DOES NOT include the ability to import KFX files."

But if I understand it well, it will still work on the previous Kindle for PC version? So I could just download/install that one and it will work? (Disabling automatic updates of course.)

That makes my KFX Input conversion plugin for calibre much more useable.
