They are turned on but there doesn't seem to be any way to reply and nobody is actually telling me what the problem is. Can someone please explain what it is I'm meant to be doing wrong because I have no idea what rule it is I'm violating.

I've read them and still can't see what you think I'm doing wrong. Someone has removed a reply I made to a comment. Am I not allowed to reply to comments? I ask seriously because in another forum, you're actually not allowed to reply more than once every 7 days. I was told the picture was too big so I removed it and it was still deleted. I even sent a message in the 'contact us' and it was ignored. I can't access my inbox, nor can I send messages.
I've read the posting rules and the rules for the self promotion forum and still can't see what I'm doing wrong. I've also been through other posts made by other people. I don't get it!
Perhaps you could simply tell me? I'm trying to abide by the rules but I'm clearly making a mistake and there is no way for me to find or contact admins to ask for clarification!

Ok - first step taken: You've read the Posting Guidelines for self-promotion. - Thank you.

Your posts were deleted for various reasons: Under 'Author', see these points: #5,6.

(You are allowed to say 'Thank you', but your post went into a promotional spamming pitch at the end, so the post was deleted as spam.)

Also, we do not allow authors/publishers to make promotional posts before the sale event.
