Fox Hunt by Australian-born James Phelan (Wikipedia) is the 1st in his Lachlan Fox series of action adventure thrillers starring the eponymous intrepid Australian ex-navy operative investigative journalist, this one an action adventure quest in the wake of a startling seafloor discovery, free courtesy of publisher Hachette Australia.

Technically, this is a repeat freebie, since another publisher, Diversion Books, previously gave us #1, #2, & #4 for which they have the rights in North America, but it's newly free from Hachette Australia, who have the other UK/Commonwealth e-book rights, which is an exceedingly rare occurence indeed, which I am pleased to see.

Hopefully any of our antipodean cousins who were disappointed not to be officially offered the prior freebies will be pleased to finally enjoy getting this native Australian series without having to jump through hoops/lie about their identities.

Currently free @ B&N UK, Amazon UK & AU, iTunes UK & AU, & Kobo (most likely only available to the UK & AU and possibly other Commonwealth countries which are not Canada).

Unlikely to go free in other countries, as we already got this free in North America this summer (also Europe seems excluded this time around, though it wouldn't hurt to check otherwise if you live there).
