Two Led Zep albums (Led Zeppelin IV & Houses of the Holy) were just removed from Music Unlimited. Spotify still has them.

What's Amazon up to?

I haven't started the trial, but I was researching several of the services. Spotify family plan looks better than Amazon family plan, TBH. But on the other hand, all of the services have free catalogs. Spotify seems to have more songs that I like in their free stuff than Amazon does.

The free version of Spotify has the same catalog as the paid version, but with restrictions -- no downloads for offline listening, no on-demand songs, and you can't play songs on albums in order. Additionally, only the paid version works on the Echo.

If I lose too many of the songs I like, then I won't get it.

Wow, a reversal. They're adding songs (25,877). That's a piositive sign, though the two Led Zep albums are still missing.

I changed my mind on the Dot. Hubby and I listen to totally different things and he doesn't want to hear my audiobooks out loud so for now I've decided I'm better off just using headphones with my tablets and bluetooth speakers for when he is out.

I enjoy my Tap but I am definitely excited about voice activation!

I had briefly considered getting a Dot when they were first announced, but decided to pass for now. In my living room I have my Fire TV box hooked up to my TV through a sound base. So in there I can use the push button on the Fire TV box remote and get a much better sound than the Dot. I love the Echo I have in my study/office. But I really couldn't justify spending money on a Dot I really don't need.
