I wonder if it's possible that all those in US, Memphis TN, are being purposely held until tomorrow, the 6th. Or maybe they were shipped from KK to arrive ob Saturday knowing Fedex would not get them until after Labor Day weekend.

Just a note to any uk buyers, it's now available for pre order from WH Smith's online saying 1-2 weeks until delivery. I've ordered just in case they release quicker but at least I'll get it.

Also the official order in the uk is now up on the Kobo store. Think I may stick to the WH Smith's one though

Yep it's a normal order, doesn't necessarily mean it'll be quicker than the Smiths one though I'm planning to stop off in Smiths to check in store today on the off chance.
