Consolidating Individual Jpeg pages as one for reading on Kindle?

Sorry if this has already been asked, couldn't find it in search....

I have a bunch of japanese manga and learning mangas that I bought from a Japanese company. Each page is a jpeg or pdf and in individual pages rather than one solid ebook. Does anyone know how I can take those japegs/pdfs and turn them in to one solid flippable book so I can use it on my Voyage? I'm so new to anything above simply downloading and transferring my ebooks so I'm pretty much clueless. I use calibre to keep them organized if that helps?

Or use a PDF creator program that takes a collection of jpg files and makes a single PDF of them

You certainly could do that, but then you wouldn't get panel view, which is the biggest advantage of KCC, and the reason I suggested it.

Thanks y'all! I'm going to try that KCC now. I hate to sit at my pc or lappy and have to open every single page,especially as fast as I tend to read.
