Consolidating Libraries

Ok I guess I am just tired of having to go back and forth between Adobe DE and Sony Ebook software to load books. I know you can import into the Sony Software but doesnt Adobe DE have to maintain a copy? I am just starting to get multiple titles all over the place some of which cant be read from the Sony Software, and i would like to keep them Organized a little better. Any Thoughts?

I use the Sony software to load my DE books, I just import them as usual from the DE library folder and it all works great. I have never used Adobe to transfer my books, just the Sony elibrary.
