Kobo Aura HD problem with screen

Hello!

I would like to know if it is possible somehow to change the header of my Kobo Aura HD so that it goes down and I'm able to see the lines because the screen is damaged up there and I can't access configurations etc... check the pictures

I had to remove the images they were too big being for being displayed here, they are now into attachments

Any chance the device happens to still be under warranty? That looks like something that would be covered.

It doesn't look like a damaged screen, it looks more like a bad controller possibly. Like robko said, is it still under warranty?

I believe there is a patch that can increase/decrease header/footer size. Maybe check the patches thread in the developers forum.

I would call Kobo and see what they can do for you. Maybe give you a discount on an H2O.
