Question Formatted Kindle Touch drive and now it is not recognize ebooks

Sorry, my English is not very good.
Formatted Kindle touch drive and now it is not recognize ebooks. I have tried "reset device" and see "Kindle User Manual" but when I connect my Kindle Touch to pc, a notice say format it again.

Add the filename:

DO_FACTORY_RESTORE

to the top level of USB storage.
No extension (be sure of that, no extension), no contents, all capitals.

***Disconnect the USB cable***

Restart the machine.
Use the power button to do the restart.
Press power button, hold for at least 20 seconds, release button.

It's not work, pro. Computer say that "You need to format the disk in F: before you can use it. Do you want to format it?"

get a smarter computer dude.
OR
We are about to throw it all away anyway - so format it.
Keep in mind that a Kindle uses FAT32, blocksize=8192, clustersize=16, no second (backup) directory.
Or just do whatever you can with whatever computer and OS you do have.
