Something is going on with the updated site. New releases that used to be available (Carina Press and HQN Books) now show as unavailable in the US Store? That makes no sense since I added them to my library and now can't buy them.

It seems that this promo is only available in the Canada store (unless we hear differently).

Gee, Kobo's got a lot of promos going on at the moment .... but the Refer promo was by far the best!!!!

Makes me wonder if they're going to do a Contest this month as well. I hope that they enlarge it to Aus and NZ. With the Contest codes open to the NZ store it makes it worthwhile to play the Contest again, eh!

Thank you! My "friend" needed a new account... I will be trying a non-couponable book once the credit is applied. They say it should be there an hour after creating the account.

I'm thinking it should work with non-couponable books since it's account credit. Please give us an update if your "friend" has had success with this.

My "friend" signed up some 12 hours ago, but in typical Kobo fashion, no credit was applied an hour later, and I believe still no credit now.

I can still access the Refer a Friend page, by the way. Not that it's doing any good.

My daughter signed up for this, no credit shows when trying to purchase a book. Maybe it appears after a purchase? With Kobo it wouldn't surprise if you never get it.

I never got one referral code from the 90 offer either.

May have something with HarperCollins & Agency pricing as they own Harlequin now? Haven't seen anything in the Romance bargain thread about codes not working yet, but it's been speculated a few times since HC bought HQN that it will eventually happen.
