Calibre 2.24

When I "click" to add a book and turn , I get this warning: " 2.24 caliber IsFrozen : True is64bit : False
8-6.2.9200 Windows - Windows ( ' 32bit ', ' WindowsPE ' )

How I can fix this?

While the underlying error is obscured by a character encoding issue, it looks like something on your computer is preventing calibre from talking to its worker process. Most likely an antivirus program, try temporarily disabling it and see if it makes a difference.
