Yep, keep going. Choose defective. Write your comment. Tell them what's wrong and what you'd like done about it. That's what I did. You're not committing yourself to sending it back right then. You have to wait for their response to see what your next step will be.

I did this last night with a HDMI switch it will take you to a pick up or drop off screen. I have UPS coming to pick up a $8 dollar switch I'm hoping they show up the same day as I get my order so I don't feel bad about that.

Yep it was sold by another company. In the past I have been able to contact the seller when a problem went wrong but Amazon has removed all ways to contact the seller about an order. I can't even send the seller a message with a question now.

That happens when the seller is no longer selling the product, and perhaps not selling anything else, either. Account closed, maybe?

I have a product with no CONTACT SELLER button. The product page lists the item as Currently unavailable. They do still have other items for sale on Amazon. Maybe that one got pulled because of my 2 star review There is a way to get a refund, but no way to contact them from any of those screens.

Just got my new fire phone and I am loving it as well. Has anyone figured out if you can have the male voice on tts. I found out how to turn it on and voice accent but can't find out how to change it to a male voice.

No I love it but Let's face it the retail price of the phone is $449.00 and you expect for that price that it would have the latest Fire OS like the Kindle Fire tablets do. It based off Jelly Bean (Mojito) not KitKat (Sangria). The carousel is outdated yes it has enhance features but it also shows every book in your library which I have over 12,000. The Kindle Fires hasn't done this since 2011 and was on Gingerbread. It also does not have a way to select multiple items on the carousel to delete or add to collections. I FULLY agree with you. That being said $449.00 is on the low end for cell phone pricing. An average android/iPhone starts out at $650.00.
