I love this phone! I love that I get shipping notification from Amazon and can track my order right from the phone. I love how easy it is to answer a call and hang up. Something my old phone gave me fits with. I love I can actually enter numbers while on a call my old phones kept blanking out on some numbers forcing me to change my passcode in voicemail. I wasn't expecting the phone part to work so well but it does. Texting is great and easy. I do miss my emotes the one on this phone are not standard that is a big downfall for me but other than that I am quite happy.

Yep Battery Life was what I was looking for as one of the features. The Battery Life on my current phone sucks! 4 hours Tops.... & that's not dong anything. If I read it drops to 3.5 hrs watch a 45 min tv show its Dead!

They are good cases and there is nothing else out there that protects the body of the phone like that so it's not destroying them. We just plan to modify them to work right. The screen protector it comes with is low quality has this nasty feel to it. I don't see it protecting the screen from scratches either but the rest of the case is really well made. I bought 3 pak of protectors for $6 that are good quality and will be here Tuesday. I think it will all work out.

Actually they Not doing what they suppose to do IF you cut the plastic screen. Then you leave the phone open to moisture & dirt. Whats Left? Nothing you cant buy cheaper anyway. & the Co makes a Profit off you & everyone else that buys one & modifies it.

You have to see how it is made. Removing the Screen protector won't change anything if anything I say it's a huge improvement as it will help keep out dirt and dust the original one wouldn't have done that much but the new ones coming will. I'm just relieved I didn't buy one for my Kindle Fire 6. They were like $19 compare to $8 I paid for the phone version which will go up to $19 later and I can't say that it worth that much.

I spent hours last night looking for alternatives but found nothing. Not many people are making cases for the Fire phone.

I got one for my HD6 when they were $10. Because of the problem my case has with the charging port cover not closing completely after use (no problem with the headphone cover), Poetic refunded my purchase price and told me to keep the case (mailing it back wasn't worth the hassle and expense for them). Anyway, the port cover still won't close completely; so I'm thinking about cutting it off.

Even after that experience with that case line, I bought another one for my Fire Phone and both port covers close completely. I'm quite pleased.

As to the rainbow blotches, I'm not having that problem with either case.

Have you tried to clean the screen yet? That's when the rainbows really show up when you wipe the finger prints off with a cloth.

That's great they refunded your money. Are you ordering through Amazon or their website? How did you contact them?

I love the look and feel of the case, and it was only $8. It's just the screen protector part I have issues with.

How did you get it apart it ate both my thumbnails down to the quick before I got it apart then fitting it into the tray was took a little effort. My poor thumb is still throbbing.

Yes; and I do see some rainbow effect, but it doesn't bother me and it disappears when you turn the phone on. It's a non-issue for me.

I ordered through Amazon. I think it was one of those sold by Poetic - fulfilled by Amazon things. I contacted Poetic using the "Contact Seller" button found in "Order Details" on the "Your Orders" page. Amazon acts as the middleman in this process.

The first time, I used a plastic dough scraper, which has a very thin edge. The second time, I used an old library card.

Leave Seller feedback or try Write a Review. I think the Review would be best then its about the product not the seller. BTW I glad you folks on here complained it least I took it off my wish list. Yep I was thinking of buying one for a round the house protection & protect it from Doggie slobbers
