Aura HD No charging message

When I plug in my Aura HD to charge it, should a message icon appear to tell me that it is, indeed, charging? I was sure that it did before the 3.11 and 3.12 upgrades ... but I'm not really sure.

On the sleep screen there is no charging indication at all.

In reader mode I need to access the setting menu and there is a counter there showing the percentage charge.

My experience has been it depends on the charger being used. If I plug my Glo into my Nexus 7 charger it does charge but does not display the charging (or connect) screen.

There is only an indication on the sleep screen if you put the reader to sleep while it is charging.

So, is this a bug?

Guess it's not a really big deal ... but having a "charging" reassurance is a nice thing.

You might want to try adding Tshering's "Kobo Start Menu", it includes a script that shows the charging values with a refresh of the values every few seconds.
