Voyage Wifi Issue

Received my Voyage 3G today!...only to find out the wifi won't connect to any network. Tried everything from restarting, resetting, and updating. Nada. Amazon is sending me a replacement. Estimated arrival? Late December.

Hope the new one works (and has less of the screen color "gradient" that my current one has...)

Oh schwegs, what a pain. Hopefully a better machine, all round, is heading its way. It is a drag when you think you are about to receive something and then delivery is actually put back by a few weeks. Delayed gratification - you'll like it all the more

Is it not seeing any WiFi networks, or does it see them, but won't connect?

It doesn't see any wifi networks. My other kindle shows like 10 and is able to connect to my wifi so the problem is not on the router end of things.

No, absolutely. Sounds like a hardware problem. Are you able to connect via 3G?

3G works fine

I just received my Voyage yesterday and it won't connect to my work's WiFi.
It connects to my phone's hot spot and home wi-fi just fine.
My OG Paperwhite connected without an issue.
I wonder if something has changed with the hardware.

Mine won't either. My work wifi has an accept page, if yours does you can't past it.

You won't be able to connect if your corporate WiFi has a "logon" page.

My work has 2 WiFi options, one is for guests, that has an accept terms page, which my Voyage will connect to.
The other is for the company, which doesn't have a logon page, just a WPA2 phrase to enter.
I enter it and the Voyage doesn't connect.
You can make changes in advanced but the Voyage doesn't let you try to connect again with the changes.
I know it may be considered Enterprise wi-fi, but my iPad and Phone (and old Kindle) connect to it just fine.
