There's always a chance Amazon will have them on sale for Cyber Monday.

Because there are no guarantees with who'll have what stock on hand, I may end up with several HD 6s (both 8GB and 16GB). If I do, I'll keep one and return the rest. Already, there are four different prices for the 8GB version and one for the 16GB.

I paid full price for all three of mine.....1 is still sealed. But I might not bother with swapping out for a sale one.

...but then, I'm in no hurry to get one; nor do I need to guarantee that I have any under the tree come Christmas morn. Also, most of the stores are only selling the black models. Best Buy may have colored ones on sale, and maybe Amazon.

I'm definitely cheap, and usually broke, too, but I do require them to be under the tree for my girls, which is why I didn't wait. Plus I wanted to get the colors, not that it matters, since they'll never see them. I just wanted them b/c they are something different.

It's a gray, rainy day....I believe I'll take my HD6 on my errands, to read in the car. I just love reading on that thing.

Well we are expecting a precipitous drop in temps, which will change the rain to snow, and the trees to be covered with ice....ugh. I hope the power doesn't go out. Snow all day tomorrow, maybe an inch, though, so not much. Strong winds. Is it January? Darn it.

I wouldn't know, as that is a place I would not go to on BF. Although once I ordered the BF mp3 player on line and picked it up in store on BF. No waiting at all for me. All the other suckas didn't look too happy, standing in their lines to check out.

I have never gone to a BF sale, never plan to. The only thing we bought on BF last year was a DVD player at Walmart online :-)

I agree about the Fire 1. It was way too bright.

It's crazy! My mom almost got killed one year at Walmart during BF Midnight. Now last year I did go to Best buy on BF but it was during the afternoon to get the laptop I am typing on. We waited three hours to get checked out! Mom and Dad in law were like "Never Again!" It was my birthday so they all didn't yell at me too much.

$127 is came to with tax.

Now I have to wait till my birthday to buy a case. I am hoping it fits one of the sleeves I have till then. I have this Sleeve you think it will work?
