Sorry for getting OT here, but I have some problems with a couple of ePub files. Below are the screencaps of JB Salsbury's Fighting The Fall on my Calibre viewer, which show the huge blank spot in each page. It's like there's only one paragraph per page, however short it may be.

Will any kind soul tell me if there's anything I can do about it using Calibre? I don't even know how to address the problem properly, let alone knowing how to edit the book or anything. I've tried Modify ePub (but I'm not sure if I ticked the correct options) and Convert Books, but so far none can get rid of the blank spot and make it look "normal". Or, maybe it's because I don't know which options to check specifically.

I have seen it before. How do you fix it though? Can you just post here what steps you took? Or is it too involved?
You'd think the books would be getting formatted better, not worse these days!
