You can always change up the case with other colors, for whatever strikes your mood. Especially once more after market cases become available.

Finally! My citron replacement ships out Monday.

I'm ordering a magenta and black as Christmas presents. I'm not taking any chances on the magenta going out of stock again.

There is the recents tab you can pull up to close stuff too. You can only open it within apps and not on the home screen though.

Blossom already answered you about the backlight. But just wanted to chime in here. I use the 'sepia' screen for reading and it is really nice. Not too bright at all. So much better than my 1st gen Fire. I think you'll really like it.

Did he get the white tab?

IMO, Samsung has the ugliest devices on this planet! I especially hate their white, shiny plastic devices trimmed in chrome.
