There are a LOT of apps and games that won't go to the Fire 6. Tune in Radio, Netflix, my favorite editions of Sudoku, Free Cell, Backgammon....I wonder if they need to be redone for the 6" screen?

That makes no sense whatsoever because I am running those apps like Netflix and Tune In on a 4.2 & 5" screen in gingerbread. Try sideloading the non games from Play or another Fire. I am thinking Amazon hasn't gotten around to testing the apps so they wont let you grab it from the cloud. There is not one reason any of them wouldn't work.

My Finite cases have worked just fine. I've got a few of those.

I love them and had them for almost a year now and they are in great shape. I do not use the stand part at all. The problem with using the stand part on these type of covers it you would have floppy front once bent I prefer to keep them stiff for optimal protection. They are perfect for one hand reading shifting the weight to where is feels like you are holding nothing for hours.

I know, it's weird. I was running through them on my desktop to see what I could send, is how I got the list. I can definitely get them off my Nexus and side load them. Not that I will even use Netflix on it. I'm not a big video watcher.

Me either. I just watch Once upon a Time and Haven. Last movie I saw was Vampire Academy. I mainly play games on my Fire. Really into Farm Hero Saga and like listening to music.

TuneIn Radio? That's one of my favorite apps.


edit: I've encountered other strange incompatibilities. For example, Audubon Trees is not compatible with my HDX 8.9. The rest of the Audubon apps are compatible, but not Trees. And that's one I really wanted. Go figure.

I'd sideload it. Install it on the Nexus then back it up to a apk and install it on your Fire.

I had tune in radio apk on my PC, so I loaded it, installed, and plays fine.

I watched a couple episodes of Once Upon a Time, and loved it! Maybe sometime I'll watch all of them.

They are doing Frozen this season which I have not seen yet so I am trying to figure it all out.

Tried Pet Rescue but couldn't get into it. Candy Crush was fun til I got stuck and keep getting stuck. Too hard I guess.
