Tanjamuse sent me their personal.ini. I'm posting the reply so everybody can benefit.

The include_subject_tags parameter under [epub] takes precedence over the one in [archiveofourown.org].

Unless you really do want different handling for different formats, move the include_subject_tags and other parameters to [defaults] instead.

Changing [archiveofourown.org] to [archiveofourown.org:epub] would also work.

You'd have to edit the zip file to change plugin-defaults.ini and it would be overwritten by the next official update.

I could add an option for that, but it sounds like you want it for marking existing stories, not for everyday use.

I would suggest instead that you consider using the 'Mark added/updated books' and 'Show Marked books' options. After you do the metadata update, you see only the updated books. Then you can select them all and use one of the FFDL add to Reading List options. See attached images.

BTW, those are my custom hot keys. You'll need to add them if you want them.

It's pretty simple. Just add a [dark-solace.org] in personal.ini to put it under. From plugin-defaults.ini:

Not really. Different sites have different site-specific metadata. fanfiction.net and fictionpress.com are the only sites with 'favs' specifically.

Covers from the site are automatically included if you are including images and have the 'Update EPUB Cover when updating EPUB' option on.

If you're talking about injecting covers from Generate Cover, there's an option at the bottom of FFDL's Generate Cover config tab to 'Use calibre's Polish feature to inject/update cover'. Turn that on.

FFDL collects category, characters, genre, and warnings for dark-solace.org. I don't know what you mean by 'input' in this context.

Okay, this one is a legitimate bug. The adapter wasn't parsing all the metadata correctly.

Attached is a test version that corrects that. See the section 'How do I install a plugin manually?' in this post if you don't know how.

FYI, I'm always more likely to take issue reports seriously when you include a story URL.

Yes. Because it's a standard metadata, you can make the column and then set it to populate from FFDL's Custom Columns config tab.
