I've noticed the "bookmarks menu that doesn't work with main memory" is still there with FW 3.0.0... Do you know if next version will correct this bug ?

If you mean all the bookmark/annotations bugs that happen with epubs in the main memory, I doubt it. These are very old bugs, and Kobo do not seem to be interested in fixing them.

My mini works perfect with mark4 3.0 firmware

ATM I'm using a Kobo Touch N905 (first hardware revision). Did the WI-FI sync to firmware 2.5.2. Does anybody know (or can make an educated guess) when the 3.0.0 firmware will be available for german customers (for syncing)? I'm not too keen on sideloading the firmware.

i tried the 3.0 firmware again with much better results, usb and wifi are both still working. the only issue being the oversized images on the home screen.

I think you will find those images are set by kobo, and not oversized. Perhaps you could post an image illustrating what you mean?

Good idea. Either take a photo or add the following to the "Kobo eReader.conf". Then use the power slider to take a sceenshot.

Remember as has been said MANY times Kobo stagger rollouts over many weeks. It will arrive via WiFi and Desktop at the sane time.
