But that's a picture with zero characters, not a text. You are not able to edit it the usual way.

Yes its characters and i CAN edit its just à picture of it

Of course you can edit it but not the 'usual way' as I wrote. Very cumbersome I presume using a picture editor.

Making a screen capure is not a very appropriate way to store text passages. Of course you could for example take a photo and store it with evernote. You even could write it down or paint a oil painting of that page.
But that are very cumbersome ways, too.

The main advantage using evernote in text books is clearly not the method making screenshots but highlighting text passages and store it as editable text.

Maybe evernote has an text recogintion modul (wich I do not know), that would make it a bit easier.

Chatouill didn't take the text with a screen capture. He used Evernote on the T2 to copy text, then he took a screen capture of that to show us on MR that there isn't a 140 character limit on the text you can copy from the T2.

But I could/can not find a screen capture of your PC situation here...
Maybe that's because I'm sitting in the office behind a firewall blocking your picture. From my place here there is no hint to this screen shot.

I guess it's post 271...

Guess someone should inform Sony's blogger they posted incorrect info?

It may depend on the rights allowed in the eBook. Some don't allow copying at all.

As mentioned above, it might depend on DRM. But that's ok - I don't buy books on SONY's store and I strip DRM before uploading them anyhow.

It's good to know we can work with a decent size of text. Really, 140 would have been a deal-breaker.
