Apparently Sony did an over-the-air update, because all my bookmarks disappeared, and now I'm unable to download books directly from Kobo - all I get is 'download unsuccessful', although I've downloaded about a dozen books from them in the past with no trouble. I also had a hard time signing in. Since my cookies apparently disappeared, too, and the 'sign in' link would no longer work, I had to go to my computer, sign out, click 'sign in' and then enter that address manually into the T1 browser. Very frustrating. Has anyone else run into this problem, and/or know of a solution? |

Whatever caused it you may have lost your a d e authorization, check under settings/about/device information this would stop you downloading from kobo if you are unauthorized you can log into your sony store account to reauthorize btw... I have never heard of an "over the air update" I suspect the PC reader software is at the bottom of this..... lol |

This seems to randomly happen. I had this happen around Christmas time last year when the books I bought from the reader store on the blasted device wouldn't let me open them. I had to reauthorize my ADE logon and password for it to work. It was like ADE was down or something because it took a good day or two before I could actually read those books. Other non-DRM books worked just fine.

It's a random bug. I've had it lose my ADE authorization twice now after I had to reset it.
