I... maybe? It obviously claims it is, but it's in modern English and the preview sample doesn't have any information on how definitive that claim is. I would expect any edition to call out which edition it was based on by year (not number) as well as the translator(s) responsible for the work.

I've seen a lot of different books claiming to be a Grimms "first edition" and rarely seen one claiming to be a "twelfth edition" and yet the works are often very different, and in some cases include stories that demonstrably came very later, such as "Beauty and the Beast".

Which has a Volume 1 and a Volume 2 link, apparently translated to English in 1884 by one Margaret Hunt.

Since the Amazon link did not, I think, contain 86 tales, I would say it's not a definitive first edition. (I counted, and the Amazon one seems to contain 63 titles. I didn't cross-reference names, but I'm dubious to authenticity.)

Amazon's book description only states, "When they began in 1812 they had just 86 stories."

A customer reviewer on that page, Noam Josephides, writes: "On December 20 1812 they published the first volume of the first edition, containing 86 stories.... This book is the exact first edition that was published in 1812, without any alterations."

You can read these online, too. (Not sure if you saw these earlier.)

If anyone has compiled the Margaret Hunt edition into ePUB, I'd love a copy.

The version from Project Gutenberg purports to be the Margaret Hunt translation, although it contains 200 stories, apparently.

It's available in ePub.
