The information released was based on interviews. None of it is substantiated.

One of the people who provided damning testimony was a jilted girlfriend. Another was a former co-worker.

All of this may be true, but consider the source.

I was casting aspersions on the testimony not the FBI. Did you read the article?

Reading through the early pages, we know that Jobs wasn't a communist

There is nothing in that report that wasn't broadly known before, from his "reality distortion field" and selective memory, to his treatment of offspring, and his "generosity".
The only reason the press went after the FBI report is because it is now open season on Apple. (Without St Jobs at the helm, all that remain is a multinational that makes a billion dollars a week off chinese sweatshops.)

A bit too late to be running "exposes", of course.
