Is there an easy way to search through my library and find any books that are not in a particular format?

Use something like
Not format:ePub
in the Search bar to find all books that do not have ePub format. Same idea for any other format using the format in place of ePub.

Thanks for that, with a little tweak (needs the book format type in all uppercase) it worked fine.
