eh, i should have known that 50% off Kindle covers wouldn't include any Amazon covers.

I was really happy to get the K3 keyboard cover offer, since it finally included the lighted covers. I've been wanting one but wasn't going to pay the full price. I got a nice green one for $24.99, so now I'll also be able to find my Kindle when I leave it lying around. (I have a black cover now.)

I'm betting the Kindle Keyboard lighted covers will probably go for even less at some point, but I'm happy to get it for that price now.

Is there a place to send feedback for the special offers? I really didn't like how they did the Kindle covers offer. It should of been one offer with both Kindle type covers. The way they did it just made no sense.

Have they still not gotten back to you? How did you contact them exactly?

I'll tell you what I did, just in case.

1. Go to http://www.amazon.com/myk

2. Click on "Kindle Support" (top bar)

3. Click on "Contact Us" (yellow button on right bar)

4. Select "Kindle with Special Offers" from the drop-down menu

5. Click "Send us an e-mail" below that and then type in your query and send it.

They're supposed to respond within 12 hours. If you went through those steps before and they never responded, I'd say try again.

Same way you did.

Success!!! I didn't get any email back so not sure if it got lost. So I decided to try chat one more time. I got a wonderful person by the name of Shivamruth. I assume it's feminine but if not forgive me.

She did her homework on the offer. She too didn't understand why I got Kindle Keyboard one. She ask me for my serial number then ask me to restart the Kindle. When the offer still didn't show up, she asked me to try to apply the KK cover code to a K4 cover. That didn't work so she had me place the order then give her the order number and she manually changed the amount to half off.

So the moral of story is...don't give up! If at first you don't succeed... try and try again!

So now I have a Marware Eco-Flip on order for $17.49

I did. I called a whined a bit and got a credit ahead of time to use. I know at least one other person was told to buy the cover she wanted and then call back and they would adjust the price.

Mine had me place the order while I was chatting with her then she manually changed the amount. The original price was $34.99 and I got it for $17.49.

I tried chat first and the person I got was no help, I emailed and 24 hours later no response. I was going to call them but hubby was watching his show. It was 2:30AM and I couldn't talk loud without him yelling at me so I used chat one more time and the person I got really wanted to help and I got my K4 cover at the price I wanted!

They had THE PRAGUE CEMETERY as a Nov. 8th pre-order on the last $1 sale. It was under both the main page for the sale and fiction.

Weirdly, over the last few days, the listing for the Kindle version of it (which listed for about $15) has vanished off the site, although I still show an order for it with an unknown release date.

Can anyone tell me if the Kindle Keyboard/K3 covers (lighted and not) that are 50% off with the KSO offer are covers that are generally highly regarded here and recommended? Also, would I be able to combine that code with the $5 off a $10 purchase code?

I previously used multiple discount codes in an order, but only one of the codes was a KSO coupon, the rest were on the product pages. I wasn't sure if it would be different if both codes were KSO.

I tried to use the $5 off on a new Subscribe & Save but it didn't work.

The lighted one is well worth it! I have it and it's really nice and provides good protection. They are the official Amazon covers and a great deal for being on sale and for 50% off.

I thought that was it and had searched for it. Publisher must not have liked having it in the sale.
